Rice in Libya

Condi’s going to Libya to present the brutal dictator Gadhafi with her visit. I think that is extremely bad news, especially because I believe that we have to create a union for democracies AGAINST dictatorships. At present we have the UN, a poor joke where dictatorships and democracies are being treated likewise.

Why can’t we just stick to Ronald Reagan’s policy not to make business with this “mad dog in the Middle East”. An official visit like this that Condoleezza Rice just made is to legitimate this insane type of government. What is the difference between Iran, North Korea, and Zimbabwe (countries who we refuse dealing with) and countries like Libya and any of the other Arab states the US actually DO have close connections to.

Cut them off like a deceased hand and stick to Reagan’s policy! We shall not cooperate with the enemies of democracy and civilization. It is a great danger embedded in doing the reverse.
