Plans for ABBA museum unveiled in Sweden

Wow, I haven’t write so much about Sweden as I have these past days. Maybe I’m starting to be a homesick alien? =) My family (or at least 75 % of it) have been visiting me this week. That was a lot of fun! Looking forward to see you guys again later!

Just wanted to tell you folks about that an ABBA museum dedicated to the music, clothing and history of the legendary Swedish pop group and its four members will open in Stockholm in 2008!! The interactive museum will feature original outfits and instruments used by the group, handwritten song lyrics, a display of different awards and a lot of other different things that belongs to ABBA. The band members will donate the material for the exhibits, but will otherwise not be involved in the project, which will be funded by company sponsors. According to the Stockholm Mayor, Kristina Axén-Ohlin, this will help our beautiful Stockholm to keep its status as the capital of all the Nordic countries (which is quite cocky to brag about (and fun))!
